The Agreement has as its primary objective the formation and launching of eLoaded-KSA in Q2 of 2023, a company that will be dedicated and committed to the transfer of cutting-edge renewable energy technology to the Kingdom. ATSS and eLoaded strongly believe that the Green Initiatives of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Energy, Transportation, Agriculture and Environment sectors will benefit immensely from this partnership by localizing game-changing innovative and proven German technology critical for the efficient distribution from KSA-Solar Farms to Electric Vehicle (EV) stations, Smart Cities and Industrial Establishments in KSA based on DC Technology… and ultimately, the leading exporter of solar energy to the world.
