First site at Seremban R&R to be ready by 2027
Yinson GreenTech and PLUS to build integrated retail and EV Charging Hubs.

Yinson GreenTech and PLUS Malaysia have partnered to develop “Integrated Retail & EV Charging Hubs” along Malaysia’s North–South Expressway, starting with a pilot project at the Seremban South Rest and Service Area (RSA). Scheduled to open by 2027, the hub will combine ultra-fast DC EV charging stations with retail and food & beverage outlets. PLUS will manage the retail and F&B operations, while Yinson GreenTech will build and operate the EV charging infrastructure. This initiative aims to enhance the EV driving experience, reduce range anxiety, and support Malaysia’s sustainability goals, including achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 and rolling out 10,000 EV chargers nationwide.
